Amway is a company with a rich heritage. Built on strong fundamentals and values we are a global company operating in over 80 countries and territories with headquarters based in Ada, Michigan, USA. The company is privately owned by the Van Andel and De Vos families. Amway has been a pioneer in the direct selling industry since 1959 and are now known around the globe for world-class health and beauty brands and products. In South Africa, we have been in operation since 1997.

Founder's Fundamentals
Co-founders Jay Van Andel and Rich DeVos outlined the ethical and operational standards that continue to guide both the company and its Distributors in all their activities. Those founding principles are literally carved in stone outside the World Headquarters: Freedom, Family, Hope, and Reward.
